Refund policy

As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a free reprint or full refund for defective or incorrect items. To process your claim, please provide a photo showing the issue. If multiple items are affected by the same issue, please send a photo (or video) showing all affected items together.

For delivery issues (e.g., if the item is undeliverable or lost), you may choose to receive a reprint (with an additional charge) or a partial refund.
